At Ekomé, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products. Since our products are consumable food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, refunds or replacements are provided only under specific conditions.
1. Eligible for Replacement or Refund:
A replacement or refund may be provided in the following situations:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product is delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
- Manufacturing defect or contamination is found in the product
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
To process the request, please share the following details:
- Order Number
- Registered contact number used while placing the order
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
- Visible batch number and expiry date

2. Cases Where Replacement or Refund Is Not Applicable
For safety and hygiene reasons, replacement or refund will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Product has been substantially consumed
- Complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Product damage caused due to improper storage after delivery
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preference
- Customers may open the package to inspect the product. However, if the product is significantly consumed, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund
- As per food safety and hygiene regulations, food items that have been consumed or tampered with beyond inspection cannot be accepted for claims
3. Refund Process
If a request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our error
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible
- Customers may contact us immediately if they wish to cancel an order
